Upcoming Screenings:

Dancer will be screening at the AOF film festival in Pasadena, CA Thursday July 28th at the Academy 6 Theater in the 4pm block of films.

Dancer has been awarded 3rd place in the category of Short Dramas at the Indie Gathering Film Festival in Westlake, Ohio. The festival will be held the weekend of August 26th-28th. Screening will be Saturday August 26th at 10:20pm.

As of September 2011, Swordfish Films will be operating under ChickenRock Entertainment. Our commitment remains the same, only the name will change. The combination of a hands on production team and established marketing program, we feel this merger will provide even more potential for future film projects. The short film "Dancer" has been awarded 3rd place at the Indie Gathering Film Festival in Ohio as well as selected to screen at the AOF Film Festival in Pasadena, CA. The leading roles of Kate and Will are played by Nikiya Palombi and DJ Na:Tev. Cinematography was helmed by none other than Philadelphian, Adrian Sierkowski. Local band Old Man Cactus provided their song "Dancer" which is featured in the film. The official music video for the song will feature clips from the film.
